Canada
We may need up to three weeks to prepare your order, depending on the number of listed species. In Canada we always ship parcel with 4 days expedited mail services, which provides tracking numbers.
All orders to countries out of Canada are shipped without tracking number. We may need up to three weeks to prepare your order, depending on the number of listed species. After it is ready, the average time for the reception of parcels toward the USA is 7 to 10 days. Parcels to all other countries will take from 2 to 4 weeks.
United States of America
For shipment to the USA with tracking number, please add 10 USD to your payment.
International
For international shipping (Europe, Asia, Africa and South America) with tracking number, please add 40 USD to your payment.
For registered mail please add 10.00

Any merchandise to be returned should be done so within 7 days from date of reception of the parcel. Please notifiy us first in case special arrangements are required.
CITES

Insectes Mondiaux Inc. works within the boundaries of CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species). Some species appear on Appendix II of CITES. These species are not really endangered but regulated by this international treaty. These species will be accompanied by a CITES re-export permit issued by the canadian authorities. At the moment there is no charge for the permits, but due to extra travel time, phone bills for applications etc... there will be a handling fee of $10.00 per permit. Each permit accommodate a large number of species and numbers of specimens. This charge will not apply to orders within Canada.
These CITES export permits may take many weeks to get before we can ship the orders. If you need them urgently, please contact us to take special arrangements. Wholesale Prices
Insect Catchers and Suppliers
- You collect insects and you wish to exchange or to sell your insects? Please write to us and send us all the necessary informations about the insects that you have to offer. Tell us what are the conditions you will trade or sell your insects. We will only purchase insects of the best A1 quality.
